I’ve extracted many of the models from homeworld remastered and homeworld catacylsm, the main “mesh” references are listed at the top of the “_hw_ships.asset” files.Generates a list of all games that match the criteria settings. If you want to replace a model (for example, Titans), go into the “_hw_ships_vanilla.asset”, “_hw_ships.asset”, “hw_starbase_entities.asset”, “_colossus.asset” or “_titan_entities.asset” files, and replace the pdxmesh = ” ” line, for example, replace pdxmesh = “keeper_sajuuk_mesh” with pdxmesh = “hiigaran_battlecruiser_mesh”. So if you change the values for a ship size from “scale = 0.06” to “scale = 0.12” it will be twice as big. If you want to manually resize any ship classes, change the “scale = ” values in the “hw_ships_vanilla.asset” files (or the “hw_ships.asset” files for science and construction ships) to whatever you prefer.

No idea why, messing around with defines and ship files didn’t help. Known issues: engine trails on small ships are flickering. I haven’t tested DLC content for this version.
